My favorite Subject

In this semester, my favorite subject is epistemology of the social sciences, because I feel that all participate in this class of some way. Also I have felt very interested in the topics about the class, I think perhaps the reason of my attention in them class is cause of the first thing that I said – the participation of all in the class –.

The first thing that we do in the start of the class is make a circle with chair for that everybody can see us face to face. In second place, we write our names in a sheet and after everybody put the sheet in his tables (even the teacher).   

In the semester we have spoken about different topics. In the beginning of this, we spoke about the modernity and how it affected in the formation of the sciences (in the medieval times the people think that everything has a religious reason, and before, with the modernity, the perspective change, and the people slowly started to dude about the things).

Other thing that we have spoken is about of different perspective of the epistemology, like positivism, the perspective of Popper, Lakatos, Kuhn and now, the perspective of Feyerabend.

Julio Cortázar

He was born at Bruselas – Belgium –, 26th on august of 1914, and he died at Paris – France – 12nd on February of 1984. He was a writer, teacher and scriptwriter.

He is identify with the current of the surrealism, and his works are recognize for the high intellectual value that it have and for the way of speak about topics like the emotions and the feelings.

He have done so many works, an example of them is “Rayuela”. Rayuela is the most important work of Cortázar – it is renowned as the master piece of him life – and with this book is that Cortázar had been famous.

I like Cortázar and his books and stories because every time that I have read something of him, I have felt a special connection with his narration, for example, the first story that I read of him it was “The night face up”, and I remember that in this time I felt very surprised in the final because I never think some as that while I was reading.

American Horror Story

I don't know if I have favorite tv show but I like so much "American Horror Story". I started to watch it in the summer of this year and I did it because a friend watched the serie. He told me what it is about (drama and horror), and that called my attention.

This tv show has seven seasons, the last is now in TV, and it is about a "cult".

The season do not follow a chronology, they are different histories in each season that are not related. For example: the first season is about a family who move to L.A from Boston. The house where they arrive is haunted; all the people who died there it stay in the house forever, the third season are about witches, the fourth abut circus of freaksshow in 1952, and another topics for another season.

In all seasons, since 2011 until now works Evan Peters, Denis O’hare, Sarah Paulson, Lily Rabe, Kathy Bates, but also there are actors who doesn’t appear in all seasons, for example Lady Gaga, Jessica Lange, Emma Roberts  and more.

Villarrica

Villarrica is a city of the south of Chile. It is a place of the IX Region of the country; this is the Region of the Araucania. In the picture is the volcano of Pucón which in the top have a white color because this has been conceals to snow and a glacier. As well as, the city have a lake which is very nice in the summer for swimming and practice other sports.

Villarrica is my favorite place to go of vacations, I have gone in 3 times to this city, in the summer of 2013, 2015 and 2017 (the last summer), and in all of this travels I have felt very happy and relax. As well as when I have gone I have used the chance of appreciate and contemplate the nature, because Villarrica have very beautiful trees and the atmosphere of the place do that one feel in a special place of Chile. 

The most difficult day of my life

Today I have the most difficult day of my life, where I slept just 3 hours and I have 2 evaluations, one in Psychology of the learning and the other in English with an oral presentation. I have to do the evaluation of the Psychology of the learning in a place that it was not the classroom, because the teachers have to separate us (the class year), for – probably – to avoid that we cheat the answer of the test. In addition as soon as I stay at home I have to study for the test of Statistics of tomorrow, where I didn’t study because I didn’t have time.  For the above is that I say today it is the most difficult day of my life, because I’m very tired and the only thing that I really want is sleep like a bear.
